The buildings closed around the sky, but the streetlight made one clean opening. I stopped underneath it.
Umbrellas filled the edges. In the middle, one person reached out toward the street.
The escalator divided the frame. Four people, four directions, one station carrying all of them.
Traffic stopped just long enough for everyone to claim a line through the intersection.
The hood reflected the branches above it. The car felt less parked than planted.
The bus filled one side of the frame. Scaffolding pulled the eye straight through the other.
A dark room, a little reflected light and one figure moving toward the surface.
The Manhattan Bridge cut across the whole view. The small boats kept the river from feeling still.
Ice clung to the red rim. Above it, the sky looked ready for another game.
The skateboard stayed vertical. Everything behind it moved sideways.
